Xmas Market Trip

Fab hotel, excellent staff, great breakfast, they think of everything. In a very good location for getting around Vienna with underground by the hotel and only one stop on the underground from the main station where the CAT comes in from the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Great, Great Stay

The Good: - Great Location, just beside the Schwedenplatz Station (U4). very live area, 10 mins lively walk to the CC but you are already in the middle of the action. - Staff are great, very helpful and polite. - Room is very clean, Balcony was a delight for a morning/evening cup of tea - Their Breakfast is very Good, they do one of the best Omelets I have tasted. you can tell its cooked with love ! The staff were very welcoming during the breakfast and very attentive. - The hotel makes you feel like home. The Bad: - You have to request a cattle to get one in your room for free. - The stairs when you enter and in front of the elevator makes it hard if you have a baby stroller with you, like in my case, nevertheless the staff help when they see you.

Just the right size - I don't like those huge, glossy hotels

We were pleasantly surprised how convenient your location was, and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and the desk people too. The only thing missing for me, a Britisher, was bacon for breakfast, and marmalade!

Midweek break

Very comfortable beds and effective aircon. Fairly small room, but with balcony, and tiny shower-room. Good breakfast. On request, tray supplied for coffee-making.

An sehr guter zentraler Lage. Zimmer sehr gross mit Balkon. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
