We love this place. Older, but meticulously clean. Staff has always been so nice. Pool open until October, heated. We come every year, all times of the year.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We needed a little more time for check-out and they were very understanding and accommodating. We loved, loved, loved our heart-shaped Hot Tub!! Room was very clean and a shout out to Debbie in housekeeping! She is stellar with customer service and is great at what she does and attention to detail. We’ll be back for sure! -A. Glaser

This is a very convenient hotel for us to stop halfway when traveling up north. This is the first time we weren't thrilled with our stay. We were in room 636, which did not have a functioning air conditioner. That made for a hot & humid sleep.

the tub was great, but because of it, it was difficult to close the curtains. everything was nice except the sheets were a bit coarse. And a neighbor was screaming drunk at midnight locked out of her room. We really appreciated all the amenities. Next time we will stay more than 1 night and try the pool.

Great location, close enough to the action but not in the middle of it all. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It was clean and recently renovated, great ocean views. The small pool came in handy when the beach was packed.

We really liked the accommodations of this hotel. The room was spacious and priced well. The kitchenette was too notch. The employees we interacted with were so helpful and courteous. This goes for front desk and cleaning service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we plan to stay there next time we visit Va Beach.

VERY thin walls and the outside is also loud. If you want to be on the water for super cheap, this is an option. Just be prepared for little sleep. Overall, the property is very outdated and the elevator is questionable. Light fixtures not reliable. Great shower pressure though.

Arrived in the room to find toe bathtub dripping and full of water. Went to make toast and toaster was not working. Also turned on water at the sink and water leaking around the facet and running to the bottom of the sink under the bottom wetting underneath. Also no paper towels. wow. would have appreciated a larger tv in the room. I did like the connections and room set up. Better outdoor furniture to sit on would have been nice.
