You are within walking distance from restaurants, shops, the downtown Farmer's Market, the National Eagle Center, and Friday night's Music Under the Bridge event.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 6. It has 3 bedrooms - two with one queen and one with one double bed. Living room has a large screen TV. The kitchen has new appliances - a gas stove and a refrigerator with ice maker and water. There is a screened porch with a TV at the back of the house. In the back entry is a washing machine and dryer.
There is a garage and ample parking space for vehicles and boats. Fire pit, chairs and picnic table included.
