Afternoon/evening desk checkin guy was sour, rude & not welcoming at all, he also was very grungy looking. Our first room had an odor & we asked to change rooms which he did begrudgingly. Never greeted us when we came in or walked by the desk. Morning was very friendly. Cooridoors also had an odor. Bed pillows "sucked". Expected more from this brand & previous ratings.

Check in was fast and staff was efficient and hospitable. The room and towels were clean. However, one of the bed spreads had stains and I could not figure out if they were old stains or dirty bed spread. We slept on the other bed.

This hotel was very highly rated for the price so I expected a little better. Still clean and safe but the couch cushions didn't match the couch!!? That was weird and what's that about? Check in clerk didn't come out of laundry room until we had been standing at the desk for 5 mins and then we had to yell for someone. No bell 🔔 at the desk.
