Beautiful Sunrises
In the morning, the sun peeks out over the mountain. It is very beautiful. The apartment is just as advertised. We did not have any problems with anything. The beach is a short 10-15 minute walk or about a 3 minute car ride. There, you have a great view of the sunsets. Very nice place.

The refrigerator did not keep items cold and freezer did not make ice cream solid. Following day the refrigerator was leaking.! Owner should provide extra pillows for pull out sofa, plastic rice paddle, large pot and small face cloths. Carpet is stained and worn out. It could use an upgrade. Otherwise, the place was nice and most amenities were provided. Furniture and deco was very tropical.🌺

Exceeded expectations but could be a lot cleaner. Deep clean bathrooms & Furniture. We didn’t mind the age and dated look but would be helped with a thorough detail cleaning and a new carpet. Let the plastic plants go or get new to freshen the look and feel. 2 toilets do not flush. Mahalo.

Love Vista Waikoloa!
The layout and lanai are superb! Fixtures and appliances are dated (reflected in the price), and we had a little trouble with the fridge keeping things cold enough. Overall it was clean and very enjoyable. It was great having 2 en-suite bathrooms for privacy, plus an wxtra half bath. There was a water leak in a pipe from a unit above which got the carpet wet in the hall. The manager handled promptly. We love the location (walking distance to the beach and shopping centers), the grounds, lanai, and the pool/hot tub area! The pool is heated, unlike many of the developments around—huge plus! We would stay here again!
