Pebble Beach Retreat is a cozy single-level home.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, utensils, appliances, and basic ingredients. For seating, there is a dining table with space for 8 as well as a kitchen island with space for 2. There is also a sidebar with space for 2.

In the living room, there are two comfortable couches facing a gas fireplace and a large entertainment center. Off the living room, there are sliding glass doors leading out to the patio.

On the patio, there is a large outdoor dining table. There is also a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The patio area is fully fenced and surrounded by trees providing security and privacy.

Back inside the home, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a recliner. Off the side of the room, a door leads out to the private patio area. The master bathroom has two vanity spaces, a spa tub, and a walk-in shower. Through the bathroom, there is a walk-in closet. Through the master closet, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds with space for 4 guests.

High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.
A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
