This beautiful custom home is the perfect private beachfront getaway! It sits directly on the beach in Waveland, MS, and is the perfect house for an amazing Mississippi Gulf Coast vacation. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and European white oak flooring throughout. The home has approximately 2800 sq ft of living space and over 500 sq ft of beautiful porches.

The open, airy great room is perfect for entertaining, and the gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, marble countertops, professional appliances, and a huge island perfect for gathering. Walk out onto the large front porch to relax and capture amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The wall of sliding doors off of the dining area allows you to extend the living space onto the back screened porch. Walk under the house to enjoy 2000 sq ft of constant breeze and shade while relaxing and enjoying the views. Walk across the street to your private beach or enjoy the 4.5-mile walk/bike path from Waveland to Bay St Louis. Beautiful home, beautiful location!
We loved everything about this Waveland home. It was the perfect getaway for 8 friends to gather for a weekend and spend time together. The location and home were beautiful, and the view was stunning. I highly recommend sunrise from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all of our needs, and having stayed in many homes, that is unusual. The beds were comfortable, and there were also plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy the weekend. We look forward to returning again, hopefully next year.

This is our fifth yearvto celebrate Christmas in Waveland. The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is always well-stocked for our meal preps. Shannon is a fabulous hostess. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home and Location
We rented this house for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach was very nice and the weather was perfect. We had a bonfire on the beach (have to get a permit thru the local county) and everyone really enjoyed it as the temps were chilly. The host, Shannon, was super helpful and very accommodating. We plan to return!!!

Beach Queens' Trip
Five of us girls who have been friends since childhood got together for the first time in years and stayed four days at this wonderful beach house. I had stayed several years ago with different friends. Shannon is a marvelous host. The place is wonderful, comfortable, spacious and clean. We had a great time, sat up most of the night every night reminiscing about years past (we are all in our mid-seventies). We hope to make this an annual event.

Relaxing Get-a-Way
It was just my adult daughter and myself. We did not even use the upper floor of the house. The two bedrooms on the mail floor had en-suite bathrooms and each room had a tv so we enjoyed individual tv time in our bedrooms each night. The front porch was amazing with comfortable seating. It was especially relaxing at night when all you could hear was the crashing of the waves against the shore. It is a very quite area. Very little traffic. During the day we would seek out antique shops in Bay St. Louis and Gulfport. It was a perfect get-a-way.

Wonderful home, excellent location
My wife rented this home and invited our children and their children to spend five nights there. There were nine of us, six adults and three children. This home is located on a fabulous location on the beach - less than a minutes walk. There are excellent restaurants and down the street is a very nice waterpark. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was open and easy to use, owners were easy to work with and responded promptly to questions. This was an excellent rental and we highly recommend the home.

Wonderful Stay
The property is in a prime location for relaxation. The home is clean, well kept and well enough distance from your neighbor's property for privacy. You have to get use to the 25 mile speed limit. The police will pull you over. The home has all the essentials you need i.e., kitchen supplies, sleeping space, bathroom supplies, and parking to accommodate you and your guest. The property is located a short distance from nice restaurants, bars and entertainment. The beach across the street is clean and didn't have a lot of traffic to contend with. I would rent this property again.
