We got there early so our room wasn’t ready which was expected but the lady at the front desk went out of her way to see to get us me and my two kids in early as possible and did give me a call early which was much appreciate I ck in on the October 25 so to the both lady’s working in the am that helped me one with directions to the beach and to Miami and the other one with the room I’m sorry for getting your names but you guys are awesome and your company need more of you two too represent the front desk for there company I hope your company will acknowledge the both of you

This was our second try of the night. We tried a smaller, cheaper hotel but only lasted a couple of hours. It was very refreshing walking into the SpringHill suites, almost like being home. The peaceful, clean feeling here is worth a couple extra dollars.

Overall, property was a bit outdated and "felt" dirty although not so much to the eyes. The room was musty and smelled bad. Furniture was older, dark wood, tv was small -- although it was a smart tv. Shower area had a shower curtain that was not put on the rod completely. I would consider staying here again only if I could not find another hotel of better quality close to where I needed to be. There are five hotels on this road -- and I think I did choose the best of the five, based on the customer reviews. It just wasn't the positive experience I was expecting out of a Marriott property.

We stayed at Springhill Suites as evacuees from Sarasota during Hurricane Milton. The staff was very curteous - and they were dealing with nervous people. The lobby area was spacious doubling as a relaxing spot, as well as breakfast area. It was kept clean. The food was restocked often. Overall, the staff was helpful during a difficult time. Well done!

It was great my experience at the hotel the only problem I have was that I check out around 2:30-3:00 I return the hotel key and around 2:00pm they call me to find out if I check out hope they don’t charge me extra for their mistake

The room was not cleaned when we got there and then we were moved to another room that had an AC that did not work well and the second room still was not as clean as it should have been. The phones in both rooms did not work and the hallways on all the floors was broken.
