Staff were great and room was clean. Only downside was there were only two tables open on a Friday night in the casino. 3 card and Blackjack.

The front desk employee was terrible we got there to check in there were 2 employees talking We’re waiting for them to helps we wait for 10 minutes they noticed but didn’t say anything No even hello or welcoming to us she was rude or she was upset I don’t understand why this person is working at the front desk . For me and my wife this was a first time staying at this place but we won’t ever come back.

The night auditor (from Saturday night to Sunday morning) I forgot her name, but she went over and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. She had great customer service and such a positive attitude we will definitely be coming back

We waited for quite awhile to get checked in. We had to ask how to get to our room. I asked if i could have a copy of my receipt so i could more closely read the smoking policy they had me inititial and she said i would get a copy in the morning after check out. I could not find a copy of that policy anywhere on my check out reciept or anywhere online, but there is a 300.00 fine attached to it. Anyway. The room was good for the price. Small, but adequete.

Lots of locals hanging around in different spots left you with the feeling of possibly getting robbed felt like your far and belongs wouldn't be safe. Rooms were not worth the price. Plus when checking in literally the woman said not to eat the food there, I've never had that happen. I have never ever written a review like this on a hotel. Hope it helps

Nobody cared if they helped you or not. The place was dirty and non-working stuff in the rooms. They switched my room twice and they all had the same problems and don't expect to watch tv there.

Rooms were good, comfortable bed, decent shower water pressure. Front desk staff seem miserable and the interactions we had weren’t good. Hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything, the rooms are quiet.
