Convenient and clean
We needed a last minute place to stay relatively close to Glacier National Park, but also near other shopping and dining options. My place was very standard, but clean and comfortable. The mini kitchenette is nice if you’re staying for longer and want to save some money eating in. I always love having a full size refrigerator and freezer. It’s nice to keep drinks and snacks in the room. The bed was comfy and the curtains did a great job keeping light out which I always appreciate. The location is convenient and right near every shopping/grocery store you could need with several restaurants near by. It’s about 15min from the airport and 30min to the national park entrance.

We've stayed at the hotel numerous times, and will do so again, but I didn't like that one or two guests removed the luggage dollies from the lobby and didn't bring them back. My wife and I left first thing in the morning and both dollies were missing. Obviously a guest or two left them overnight in their rooms for their personal use in the morning. The hotel should consider either having more dollies avaiable or have some means to ensure dollies are returned in reasonable time. My wife and I are both in our seventies. Making several trips to the car carrying our bags was inconvenient.

The only problem I have is with Expedia the last time I tried to book at my place the date switched on me and when I showed up I had no reservation and they were full I spent 3 hours on the phone and they refunded me $7 dollars and my reservation was like a month later? The Expedia site didn’t to me again and I caught it. The person at the desk said he had heard about this problem! Makes you wonder about the company! You don’t forget these issues. The phone help I received was abysmal.
