No true customer service.
The hotel did not provide the room I reserved. The GM wanted me to pay extra to get the room that I did reserve. When I said cancel reservations since they would not accommodate what I purchased, I was told no. The hotel smelled of cigarettes as well.

It takes a lot for me to rate a property 5 stars but they gave me no reasons at all not to! Staff was friendly at check in/out. Even sweeter in the morning when I needed assistance zipping up my funeral dress. Breakfast bar was hot & fresh. There were plenty of options near by for food or grocery shopping. It was late so I popped in Market Street right next door and just grabbed some snacks. I highly recommend this location

Checked in and dirty washcloth was hanging over shower rod.Housekeeping never did room in 3 days. Had to go get clean towels at front desk every day. They didnt care room wasnt cleaned Breakfast was a joke. White bread and one bite muffins.

I liked that staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh and they had many options. Room was okay. Other than the tub not draining very good or the hotel WiFi practically nonexistent everything else was acceptable. Good location. Would recommend
