My elderly mother and I stayed here while en route to another destination. The staff was so helpful in making sure she had a ground floor room. The hotel was very clean comfortable and quiet and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide selection of food to choose from.

I got a courtesy call a few days before that the elevator might not be working as my room was on the third floor. I did not have an issue with that. I dunno if it’s a policy to notify, but the call was a very professional notification. Breakfast was great & the room was peaceful.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to the cleaning crew. The breakfast was fully stocked. We had a nice view of the lake and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The elevator was down and we had to carry all of our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs, but other than that it was a good stay.

They sell frozen food to use in microwave but directions say to use paper towels when heating. Unbelievable that hotel had no paper towels

We had a llate arrival - just after midnight. Staff was engaging, check in was quick and we were in our room resting in no ttime. Property was clean, rooom was spacious - lots of things nearby!
