Outstanding hotel
I’ve stayed in a few hotels this past year but I must say this hotel was one of the best I’ve been to. The service was excellent and the room was very clean and neat. The housekeepers were very nice and polite and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Stay was good . Getting sauges all the time gets old for people on the road alot. Water for the oat meal was cold. When i went to check my husband asked for a late checkout and was told it was $20 an hour for every hr after 11 am the person didn’t even look up our room to see if we were silver and allowed late check out. I went up to complsin and then she actually took the time yo look it up but still only gave us a half hour.

The hotel and room were fine and the staff was fine. The breakfast was just downright awful. Old dried out cinnamon sugar, stale bread, just lumpy scrambled eggs and sausage for choices. We were happy to get a good breakfast at the airport!

It was quite beautiful and the staff were very kind. The only thing I can find fault in is how far the sound travels from halls to rooms but it was otherwise a lovely stay

I had a very nice stay. The only thing I can suggest is to turn up the hot tub temp and use less chlorine. The smell as so strong that it burned my eyes after a minute.

Great for a family stay
This was a great overnight stay. 1. Beds very comfortable 2. Breakfast was great for everyone. 3. Pool a little small, but hot tub was perfect 4. Staff very friendly. Only other thing that could make it better would be tickets to a water park with stay like other hotels in the area give. Just know pets are allowed and barking happens

Very nice size rooms, quiet, front desk staff were all super helpful. Decorations were nice. Beds were way too soft for me, but some people like this.Breakfast was not good. Many extremely outdated yogurts in the cooler. Eggs were way over cooked and breads were all dried out.I have a service dog and a specific employee told me several different times my dog couldnt be in different areas. I explained hes a service dog and he would always respond, " but dogs aren’t allowed here." Possibly some education needed there. Overall we had a great visit.
