The hotel was fine. The staff was the most unhelpful. When I arrived at check in they told me they needed a $100 cash deposit because I lived within a 100 radius of where the hotel was. The girl from the hotel that called earlier who asked about needing a handicap room did not mention it. I know other hotels have that policy especially around prom season but it’s BS. I ended up not having to pay it because I gave Them pushback on it. The. When we asked about leaving one of our cats at the hotel while we went and hiked before coming back to get it- were told no and check with person in the morning. In the morning we had water bottles we wanted filled up- I asked the worker in the kitchen area during breakfast if he/me could fill them up- I was told to use the water fountain down the hall instead of the kitchen sink he was 15 feet from. Again hotel was fine but I have never had that Laisse faire mentality before

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is ok--not too bad but not that good. The breakfast isn't that good. Overall, it is ok for the price paid.

Very nice and very comfortable.
Clean sheets and towels, bathroom clean and they offered soap bars, shampoo, conditioner and lotion from wall mounted squeeze bottles. Rooms were spacious with couches and ottomans, mini fridge and microwave. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was very good and stocked well. good variety as well. Price was good. Pool and hot tub were good. Only suggestion I would have: is have the room cleaners clean windows and move couches to sweep. We had moved the couch to put up a mini tree for our grandson and there was empty chip bag, crumbs and bottle caps under the couch.

This location is very convenient to the interstate. We felt safe here. The staff were friendly. The stay was great but if I stay here again I'll request a room in the back because the front is so lit up it can be seen from space.
