The mop and mop buckets in the lobby should've been a red flag not to go to the room. I gaged all the way to the a strong order after getting to room we found someone's stool on the toilet what appeared to be vomit in the carpet, no tissue or towel. we went back down to ask for another room none was available, so we ask for a refund. Front desk clerk seems upset because she had to stop talking on her cell phone to hear our complaint. We asked to speak to a manager none available, unacceptable.

There was nothing unique about this property. I will be contacting corporate about the cleanliness, mold, no air, and mildew. I have pictures and video of it all. I am appalled being that I’m from the area and had to witness this.

Terrible!

It was terrible. The front desk staff is super friendly though, I feel bad for them because they have to take all the complaints and just while I was at the counter 3 other people up complaining about the same issues. No water whatsoever in the shower, mold or poop on the bathroom wall, food left in the fridge, used soap left in the shower, no towels/wash clothes. Oh and the bags of trash lining the hallways and the random pair of men’s black trousers in the hallway!

I arrived about ten to three and they would check me in so I had to kill 10 minutes waiting. The tv didn’t work and someone had to come fix the cable. No shampoo on the shower container.

The room was decent as well as the interior of the hotel. There were several fans/dehumidifiers in the hallway. The room's toilet is loose and needs to caulked again after the subflooring is repaired.

This hotel has humidity problems and a/c problems. We had to be moved from our room because the carpet was wet under the air conditioner. We stepped in it every time we got in or out of bed. The a/c unit in the vending area was dripping so bad they had a trash can under it catching the water. It was overflowing onto a towel. The shower in the first room had mold in the grout.

The rooms themselves were average for a low cost room. The staff on the other hand were way above average. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. They actually acted like they wanted to be there and wanted to help. If not for the staff my rating would be way lower.

Better hotels choices out there

Will not stay there again. First impression of lobby and staff was good but too many issues to go back. Water pressure in room was low and drain plug was broken and would not hold water. Security lock on door that allows you to open door a few inches was broken. Breakfast was disappointing. Always had to ask for coffee when out. Fresh fruit one day out of three. Pool was so cloudy and dirty you could not see the bottom. No paper towels or soap in lobby bathroom even when I told front desk. Staff did not seem to care about how clean the halls were. One plus was we allowed a late check out.

Although the staff were kind. The stay was very uncomfortable. 1st, the AC was not working on our entire floor. Our first rooms TV was broken. We were moved to another room that was not clean. There were multiple roaches (live and dead). The bathroom was not clean and our bedding was soiled with urine. THAT WAS NOT OURS! Though the staff were kind and understanding…it was GROSS to say the very least.

Don’t waste your money

We do a lot of traveling and I never leave reviews, but this one deserved it. Our family was there all weekend for a baseball tournament and it was awful. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, they wouldn’t give us extra towels, but the main part that aggravated me was the obvious nasty floors. Like pieces of food and trash in the main areas of the rooms. It wasn’t just ours, there were multiple families with dirty rooms. I don’t understand how anyone could say the rooms were properly cleaned when there was obvious issues as soon as we walked inside. Aside from the dirty rooms, the pool was green and cloudy too.

Trash was overflowing at the lobby outside. No towels or toiletries when we arrived. Never came to tidy up or clean. We stayed for 2 nights in one room & we moved to a different room for 3 nights(needed cleaning as well). Elevators had trash in them.

Worst hotel ever!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was not ready until 9pm. Manager kept giving me dirty rooms. I don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Every garbage can was overflowing with garbage. Whole place was filthy. Carpet hadn’t been cleaned in probably a few years. Manager was so rude! Never once apologized even when a room wasn’t ready until 9pm! Left the hotel and went to the best western!

Do not stay here!!!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I’m about to dispute my charges for my bank for both reservations. I booked 2 hotel rooms. We went to check in, my son was put in a filthy room. Used q tips and wrappers everywhere. We told the front desk. They then placed him in a room with an IV machine that someone obviously used that day and stuff was all over the room! The manager was the rudest person that I ever dealt with! It was 6pm and I told her just to give me a refund and she told me I should have canceled 2 days prior! I then told her they needed to provide me a clean room. She was rude the entire time and absolutely no help! We had to leave and go to another hotel. I have pictures to document everything! She then contacted me at 9pm to tell me I had a room! Check in was at 3pm and they offered no assistance in the meantime. Every inch of that hotel is disgusting! Every garbage overflowing with garbage. The carpets were filthy! Definitely not vacuumed! I want every penny back from that hotel. And do not even attempt the coffee or breakfast!
