The Europe Hotel in Zermatt was a wonderful hotel and made me feel so welcome. The staff was excellent and super helpful, the hotel was very well appointed & taken care of, and the overall experience was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at Europe Hotel and Spa in Zermatt was truly unforgettable. The hotel's location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the Matterhorn from my balcony. The rooms were luxurious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The spa facilities were world-class, with a relaxing sauna and steam room, and a rejuvenating massage. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay special. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I would highly recommend Europe Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Zermatt. Wonderful breakfast! Rooms were nice, but one of the reasons we booked here with the higher prices was the spa. It was not very extensive and is open only limited hours, where it doesn’t leave you much time to get a bit to eat after check in, and then use the spa. Disappointed in the hours of the spa. Open until at least 9pm would be helpful

Amazing hotel and we opted for the mountain view which had the best view of the Matterhorn - especially at night. Obviously this depends on whether its clear or not. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!
Our stay at Europe Hotel and Spa was beyond our expectations. All do the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bar area downstairs was also very cozy and the drinks were great!
