Poor Airport Shuttle

It calls itself an “airport hotel” and it is in fact 2 miles from Albany Airport. However the airport shuttle runs from 7am-10pm! My flight was before 7, and the airlines want passengers at the airport 2 hours before. I had to get an uber, ordered it at 4:45am, it arrived at 5:19am!

it was fine to stay for a couple hours before my flight but i accidentally left my $85 pillow, called them from the airport to have them set it aside for me to pick up, they said ok and they would retrieve it, i got back monday to pick it up and they dont have it.

This is a well located Hampton Inn property in Latham NY. Nice stylish room with comfy king bed, large updated bathroom with shower/tub. LG TV...staff very warm and helpful fast check in n out with free shuttle to the airport. Good hot breakfast with a waffle station and pancakes plus fresh fruit selection. Will return..thanks. A. Everything was great! I slept very well. Gave 4 star because coffee in your is horrible tasting and did not include anything to stir sugar or cream in. The lobby had stirrers. Body lotion was empty. I was there a total of less then 6 hours.
