This property is always clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stay here at least twice a year, add it is always a pleasant stay.

Giant cockroach in my room, staff tried to say it wasn't a roach. Moved me rooms at 11pm. Very disappointed. Other than the bugs and condescending night staff the facility appeared nice. Wish I could attach a photo of the cockroach.

I’ve stayed at Holiday in Expreses before and have been very impressed. Not this one. Property interior seemed worn and outdated. Had a a Musty smell and and the room had dirty smell similar to a dirty laundry smell. Was so tired, I didn’t mention it. The mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast staff was very kind.

The hotel staff at check-in was very nice. We arrived late so we basically went in and went to bed. The next mornings we noticed the room was filthy. The microwave had a mess inside it and around the outside of it. The bathroom was not clean, the tile floor looked to have not been mopped.

Staff were nice and helpful. Lia was solid in booking me. The hotel had an issue on the booking end but they sorted it out and assisted me well. Really appreciated that versus the standard corporate stance of “there’s nothing we can do”.

Everything was fine

The first room we checked into had a nonfunctioning toilet, but the front desk was able to move us to a different room. We stayed for only one night but the room was fine. Some of our towels were dingy and stained, even though they smelled clean.The chocolate milk at breakfast was spoiled even though it was in date, but the coffee was very good. The staff was very polite.
