We were very happy during our stay. The hotel location is very convenient and the hotel was very comfortable. Staff has always treated us very kindly and with a smile. We were there during Christmas so we had the Christmas dinner at the hotel which was delicious.

The hotel is amazing, totally 5 star. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I added breakfast and was really glad I did, great offer, lots of it. The room was serviced every day - shout out to Igor, and all things refreshed. The spa was a great treat after a days sightseeing and very useful bike rental. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful old hotel with classic marble and wood decor, which does show its age a bit but in a charming way. The location is close to the station which was handy for an early flight. The rooms was a very good size for Amsterdam, it was well equiped with good coffee, excellent bathroom. The price was very good for this quaility of hotel. Above all the staff were fantastic. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to others.

We were greeted by the staff who were very friendly and welcoming, each member of staff went out their way to help woth anything needed. The hotel is in the perfect location we found it very easy to get to all the attractions. The hotel is stunning and the room was beautiful and prestine came with a complimentary mini bar that is refilled daily doesnt include alcohol but for the price i wasnt expecting that. Will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next trip would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself was lovely but our stay was spoiled by being allocated a twin room then moved to a room next to the lift which kept us up through the night another room move was much better but the inconvenience spoiled our experience at the hotel,

Beautiful hotel, good location, excellent service if anything too intentive with looking after the room Only downfal was the shower ran from the bath taps and the shower screen was by fold and didnt wanna stay in place but im being picky, but then when its 5 star i suppose you can be
