The hotel staff (especially Skye) was wonderful! He gave us great recommendations for dinner each night and answered all our questions. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and many options for food. The room is a bit tight for a family of four but we made it work.

The staff made it for us. THE best welcome and checkin you could hope for, it set us off for a great experience. The little coffee and biscuit area is a great touch. The room was great, warm and everything we needed. Great location and couldn't ask for anything else from the staff. 3 lads on our trip, the other guests were nice and ee didn't hear anything when in the room.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s just off Dam Square and a stones throw from the Damrak. Amsterdam Centraal is right there as well. The area does get busy because of foot traffic but that was acceptable to us. The staff onsite were extremely helpful and friendly and there’s coffee and pastry available all day long. They checked us in early and on the day of our departure they held on to our luggage for us after checkout allowing us to roam around the city unencumbered. Our stay was most enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and the beds were comfy and clean, they have free coffee and croissants but the rooms were very old and a lot of stains on the carpets and the bathroom and curtains were very moldy. The walls were thin and it was pretty noisy to sleep.

This property’s location is excellent. There is a person at the reception 24/7 and the hotel is securely locked at all times. Coffee and croissants are offered free charge in a quiet breakfast area. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The property itself is quite neglected. My room had significant stains on the carpet, the window had a broken handle and didn’t quite shut fully. The heating system was quite noisy and there wasn’t a single mirror with a good light. I felt for what you were charged this was a bit overpriced.

The hotel is five minutes from central train station, red light districts and all services. Hotel provide free coffee, tea, hot water and pastries in the common area, and free gift bags upon checkout Smaller room and bathroom, sound proofs wasn't the greatest.

Nice hotel for a perfect Amsterdam trip
Don’t expect 5 stars if you paid for 3. This hotel has everything you need for a few days of vacation in Amsterdam. A reasonably sized room, a good shower that splashes everywhere (who cares? You’re not drying up the water that splashes), croissants, pastries, juice, and good coffee all day long. And the best part? The service from Nabil and Sky, the guys at the front desk, who are No esperes 5 estrellas si pagaste por 3. Este hotel es todo lo que necesitas para estar unos dias vacaciones en Amsterdam. Un cuarto de tamaño razonable, una buena ducha que salpica afuera ( a quien le importa? Tú no secas el agua que salpica) croissants y pastelitos y jugo así como buen café todo el día y lo mejor : la atención de Nabil y Sky los chicos de la recepción quienes soun muy amables.
