Front desk charged me twice and the guy didn’t know how to fix it , had to wait 4 days to get my money back and switch rooms once I got there because sofa and rugs had weird white stains on it if you know what I mean

The ability to open the windows. The carpets need a good steam cleaning, my white socks got filthy. The rest of the room was very clean. A small sponge would have helped wash my few glasses we used.
