If you want to stay in a slum tenement then this is the place for you. We arrived a little early and I was hesitant to say the least. I went inside and asked about our room. The woman behind the desk appeared to be high and totally out of it. She said nope, cant check in early. There was maybe 3 cars in the parking lot?? Then I asked to look around the property that I had reservations. She looked at the man that was working and he said nope, no time for that. It is a run down property that should not be on Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia to complain. Of course it’s a text conversation – you cant really talk with anyone at Expedia (that’s another issue which should be addressed). I cancelled the reservation and made alternate plans. I contacted my Credit Card company and disputed the charge. I will never stay at a hotel that I do not feel safe at. This resort deserves 0 starts for everything. Stay away DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING UNSAFE.

This place was in a good location to walk up and down the Riverwalk. Wasn't super fancy or fussy, and I appreciate that. All staff I interacted with were super kind and helpful. A great place to have as base camp as you explore the city.

The positive: the location and views are great. The fact that it's on the boardwalk is great. The negative: The staff weren't friendly and appeared to be irritated to provide basic customer service. The room was outdated and smelled of urine.

Clean and comfortable room. The bed sloped to center, not a good night's sleep for two people. Breakfast was sufficient. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the theme room decor and the VIEW! from our outside deck. Great location for trolley and riverwalk.

The views from the balcony were great. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and had a comfortable bed. The property is aging a bit, but it is overall a good place to stay for the price and location. The TV didn’t work because the internet jack was gone, so ask if your room has a working TV.

Clean and cute decor, but the view...

Picked this specially decorated room and wasn't disappointed. Very cute! However, the view of the marina was a wall of green vegetation on a slough with lots of geese feeding on the grass in the water. Plus, the hair dryer did not work. Additionally, the location of the room was the farthest away from 24 hour lobby with ice, breakfast etc. AND THE PROCESSING PLANT SMELL MADE US HIDE IN OUR ROOM.

Impromptu stay ….. property is older but clean. Beautiful views of the marina. A pub close by that had the best clam chowder! Very very quiet! I would stay there again.

It is a very industrial looking area especially at night. The breakfast bar was okay but they seemed overwhelmed as the garbages were overflowing and utensils were missing at one point. The was clean but smelled a little musty but the view from our balcony was nice.

we were in a pet friendly room which had some stains on the rug. Its an older hotel. beds were clean. no bugs in the room. Were only slept in the room. View was great of the harbor
