Looking for the perfect gameday house, then look no further. Our home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood off College Station Road. It is only 3.5 miles from Sanford Stadium and 4 miles from downtown. It is close to everything you need. There are grocery stores and restaurants right down the street. The main living space is 2,000 sq feet and a 500 sq foot basement. We are happy to provide an air mattress in order to sleep more people- just let us know! Our backyard entertaining area has a screened in porch with a TV to watch games and an open area with a gas grill for entertaining. We can't wait to host you and your group!
