Was perfect for what we needed. It’s an old building so it echoes and is a bit noisy. But overall was a good value for location. If you absolutely need A/C double check when they turn it on and off for the season. That was the only issue we had was very hot at night.

Close to the station(3-4min walk to the bus stop, 10min walk to the station_pg. de gracia), clean and safe. The noise of the a/c was a bit loud and the bottom drawers were hard to open but apart from that it was nice.

I arrive 5 min before the check in and there were people before me who gave them the room, bur they make me wait more saying my room was not clean yet! I mean they are so strict with the check out and no with the check in, is so unfair. Also when we finally got the room, was smaller than the pictures, it didnt have a place to seat other than the bed. Finally, the common areas where close at night

Great deal for the cost. In an excellent area. I was able to walk all over the city and see most of the major sights. Very safe. My only complaint is that the hallways were a little loud at night, but I would absolutely stay here again.

The private room with an ensuite was as good as any hotel I've ever stayed. The bed was comfy as hell and we slept great. Endless options of things to see, eat and shop in the area.

No question the location is great, the place is charming and well decorated. The bed and particularly the mattress was is such a bad shape though, that we spent four horrible nights. We left with back pain and won't return.

Pros: LOCATION, staff Cons: NO WIFI in the room throughout the entire stay (connected for 3 seconds, basically no wifi in the room. It works in the reception area). Noisy in the early AM and late night (hear water running down, wooden floor steps, door slamming, kitchen and back of the house noise)

Loved staying here. The dorms were really bright and spacious, though it definitely felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Met lots of ppl through their nightly pub crawls which were super fun and you get to visit quite a few places; shoutout to our 10/10 guide Danny!

The staff at this hostel are abusive and horrendous. From the moment I checked in I was met with terribly rude and unhelpful men. I tried to extend my stay as my flight was delayed and there were many rooms available online and they threw all of my bags and all of my belongings outside of the room and made me feel VERY unsafe as a solo female traveller. Stay away
