I’ll start with the positive. The hostel is placed in a beautiful location, close to everything and many shops and great restaurants.
It was very clean, from the reception to the room, the bed linens, to the bathroom. Spotless
The things are new, modern and cute. Very nice decor.
Now for the things I didn’t liked
I reserved a women’s only room. When I got to the room a man walked in. I obviously wrote front desk about it, and they told me someone accidentally put him there. They were going to fix the problem but made me tell him about the problem and to go to front desk. So I waited about 30 mins until he entered again just to do someone’s else job. My key card didn’t worked and had to go reception 3 times.
The electricity works only with a key card so be aware that no one steals or accidentally swap your keycard. If your keycard is in, everything will be on (the big lights too). So if you want to charge your phone and sleep without the big light on, you won’t be able to. Another woman from the room was experimenting with the Electrical panel and she managed to keep the sockets working without the lights on. I don’t think that’s something you should do though.
I’m a very non confrontational person so I usually just smile and be polite to people even though sometimes it’s not reciprocated. The reception workers were very loud, unprofessional, slow and making jokes while attending people. Because of that they made multiple mistakes. I only stayed one night
