The air conditioner thermostat was very difficult to figure out. I set for cooling at 70 degrees but woke up with heat on and temperature at 82. Good thing the window opened to cool down the room.

We arrived late friday night/ early Saturday morning after 3 am but were checked in automatically at 12:08 am. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and super nice. When we checked out it was a completely different experience the man at the front desk was rude and very confrontational. When we told him about how dirty our room was we were told policy states that after checking in we have 30 minutes to decide that the room is unacceptable and would receive a full refund but kinda hard to do when we were checked in hours before arrival. The room was not cleaned very well and there was an empty sandwich bag on the dresser as well as other dirty spots around the room. Needs a remodel!

Shabby! Dirty, loose carpet throughout, spotty paint throughout, smoke/musty smell. Grimy window sills, spider in its web in shower. Shower water either scalding hot or freezing cold - no in between ever found.

Great check in when we arrive at 1130p. Room didn't have couch cushions. Had breakfast 830a. Guy working didn't care to make any more food so a lot was out. And there were still people coming in to eat. He had an attitude. Water pressure was light. Other than that it was okay for a fast sleep stop

Adequate parking pet accommodation was good we had no tv thought that was odd questioned it with front desk said could not get one put in while we where there tub backed up while taking a shower depending on how long one took water filled quickly up past ankles.continental breakfast great lots of variety.

Hotel Building is definitely needing maintenance. Outside chairs need new cushions.landscaping needs weeded- porch needs new paint. Downstairs main hallway (1st floor) needs new carpets. Room 151 needs a new ac unit as well as the bed needs leveling. I’m sure it was a very nice place at one time but it definitely needs attention.

Dirty.

Dirty. Floors haven't been mopped in a decade. Showers had mildew, room smelled like smoke, and fridge didn't work. Breakfast was disgusting.
