Good time. Poole need to be warmer

Hotel is very nice. Staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed in how come the indoor pool temperature was. We had hoped to let the kids get tired in the pool before bed but it was so cold they were blue lipped and shivering in August inside

The hot tub was drained and green. Pool was cold. Room clean. Restaurant staff and food were was excellent. Room had some scratches and patches of paint flaking off (wear and tear). Pull out couch was like sleeping on a chainlink fence with a sleeping bag.

I booked this hotel based on the availability of a hot tub but found it in disrepair and closed. The pool didn't smell of any chlorine either and we saw a lot of floating hair in the pool. As a pool owner, I know what to look for. The pool water was very hazy when looking at the lights. I had driven a long ways and we were really looking forward to the spa.

Not clean

The hotel was dirty and not kept up. The price was $270 per night but in my opinion was worth no more than $100. Im wondering if hotels.com could give me a credit?

Not a good hotel at all. IHG please fix

They take bookings of 6 but dont prepare the room, pullout couch needed for 2 additional guests had crumbs on it and a stain on the chair cushion. There were no sheets for the pullout couch and when I asked the staff, the guy behind the counter was squabbling about they shouldnt allow bookings of 6 and after asking several times for sheets they finally provided. Bathroom tub wasnt cleaned and had body hair in it. Staff on check in were cold and unwelcoming. Checkout had a nicer a staff memeber and the others should get training from her. Not a clean hotel at all

Traveling from North Carolina to Indiana. Needed a quick stop for overnight. Attempted to call the hotel on our way to confirm reservations and ask a couple questions. Called multiple times. Was put on hold and no one came back to the phone? Upon check in- seemed simple. Went back to the front desk to ask for sheets....waited, and waited, and waited. There seems to be one person manning the desk and every other position for the hotel. Went back again to ask for pool towels....waited, and waited, and waited. Finally my husband called the front desk. No one answered. Continued to wait.... Finally got to the pool....husband tried to sit in the hot tub. It's cold. The only positive thing about this place is the pool is large for a hotel pool. Will definitely mark this place off our list of stopping places on our annual trip! Not worth the $200, which doesn't include a breakfast in the morning.

Maybe I’m just being picky after being on the road for 12 days but the bed made my back hurt when I woke up. Other than that, really nice hotel. Would stay here again.
