The property itself was OK. It didn’t feel very comfortable.
We were very disappointed when found out that the fireplace didn’t work, it was a New Year’s night and the only reason we booked the property because it was in the snow and had fireplace. Moreover, the bathtub on the first floor had issues too.
When I contacted property, they agreed to refund me $50 but then said that they actually can’t do it because I booked through Hotels.com.
When you go on vacation, you expect that you can relax and enjoy your stay, but this wasn’t the case for us.
At least, they could’ve apologize and do a partial refund for us but they refused. Their clients just don’t matter to them.
