The staff at Living Hotel Großer Kurfürst were always attentive to my questions. They kindly helped me mail postcards and stored my bags when I arrived before check-in time. The room I had was spacious, particularly the bathroom. There was a nice view of the Spree from my room. The hotel is in an ideal location. Each morning, I could get a coffee and sit on a bench near the water. The Märkisches Museum station is adjacent to the hotel, and there are a number of buses nearby. Hard Wax and Tresor are a short walk away if you are into electronic music, especially techno! There's also Káffee Büro close by and Besh is not too far for delicious food. In the evenings, the hotel is very quiet, and I was able to get really good sleep.

Perfect location. Perfect staff. Everyday room cleaning service 2 bottles of water and beer. Very large bathroom with a bath. Very nice lightning. Right by the river with little restos alongside.

Stayed here for one night and had a very positive experience. It was very quiet and clean. Room was ready early and was very comfortable and spacious. Nice location with restaurants on the water and beautiful architecture. Would’ve been happy to stay there longer if I were in town for a longer stay.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.
This hotel was fabulous. We had a suite, a living room and bedroom. Everything about this place is great. Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, perfect location. There was even a refrigerator in the room and they gave us 2 free bottles of water and 2 free bottles of beer each day of our stay. And the rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. P.S. The Verona restaurant across the canal from the hotel was very good.
