Completely renovated, this updated condo retreat offers a beach experience and a private space located next to the historical Assawoman Canal- constructed in 1891! On the main level, there are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, one suite with a king bed and adjoining bath with walk-in shower, the other two have twin beds. The second-level houses a second suite with a king bed and a separate bath with a walk-in shower. You want to sleep late? Blackout curtains are present in each bedroom. If your office requires you to bring work to the beach, there is an office with a large PC screen on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have desks for work as well. With the super-fast fiber WiFi, you will be able to connect flawlessly! THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
