Older hotel which explains the price. Had some bad reviews but we did not have any issues other than we were initially given a room key and halfway up the stairs with all our luggage we were called back and given a new set as the othe room already had a guest in it. Will pass on staying here again.

Great location. Walking distance to all of town and paths/parks. Great restaurants w/in a couple blocks (Chinese Food next to Taco Bell is Amazing; Schatts Burgers and Beers across the street also excellent with live music). Continental Breakfast was mediocre but as expected.

It's fine. Had multiple room key/ card issues, maybe my pockets are extra spicy. Annoying upstairs neighbors, noise carries pretty well. Not sure why they stacked us when half the place appeared empty. Better than a tent, but more expensive, too.
