Carpet was ripped and large hile as you walked into room. Ceiling was just a few inches above my head in entry. Stairway and elevator was torn up, dirty, trash in the Stairway

Great stay at this hotel. Quiet, comfortable, safe and convenient for people traveling with pets. Close to many amenities. Great hot breakfast wih many options to choose from.

No coffee in room. Room was cold and could not adjust heat. Staff unavailable ar front desk. TV channel availability was very limited (FOX News) Breakfast was good. Hotel had elevator for luggage transfer.

Staff was polite. Our room wasn’t very clean. Stained sheets. Urine behind the toilets seat. Housekeeping replaced our towels while we were out but did not make the bed.
