Suite 115 on deluxe one-of-a-kind pohjakerroksen pääyksikkö. Tämä tyylikkäästi sisustettu huoneisto on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Charlevoix-järvelle. Kaunis lehtipuuta koko todella lisää rannalla tuntuu tämän condo ylpeilee. Se on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on täysikokoinen uuni, joka on valmis valmistelemaan omalaatuisia aterioita. Suite 115 tarjoaa yhden makuuhuoneen, jossa on king size-vuode, taulutelevisio, sisäänrakennetut kaapit ja suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi. Ruokailuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen ruokapöytä, josta on ylimääräinen näkymä kaupunkiin. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, kaasu-takka ja taulutelevisio. Liukuva lasinen ovi avautuu yksityiseen patioon, jossa voit kävellä yksityiselle hiekkarannalle, vain muutaman askeleen päässä keskustasta.

Beautiful place.
The condo is beautiful, it is on the corner so you have lots of extra windows. It’s beautiful. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants in town. It’s a perfect location. The communication was also wonderful. We had to cancel our reservation and re-book for another time. The process was easy. We would definitely go again.

Nice condo as pictured.
The king size bed is a nice feature but the mattress was uncomfortable as it was very hard. The mattress in the pull out sofa wasn't that great either. We like to sleep with the heat turned down to 65 and cover up with blankets but only a single blanket was provided for the pull out and a thin blanket and comforter in the master. It was very windy and cold as we visited for a ski meet at Boyne Mountain. I'm sure the bedding would be sufficient for summer guests. Loved the nice, big kitchen table to play cards at. Fireplace was an added bonus as well.

Great little family hangout
Property had everything a family of four could need. Walkout patio right to the water, 3 min walk to anywhere in town. Quite place all day/night. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Would easily book the property again.

We have stayed at this property in the past and will continue to visit. Condos are immaculate and functional. Beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Centrally located for a quick drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey.

Everything about this place was amazing. We stayed here for a ski weekend so being able to get away from the mountain and cook our meals while looking at the lake was amazing. The only criticism I had was the knives were not sharp at all!! I had to use a steak knife to cut everything. Maybe add a knife sharpener to the room. I didn’t realize how something so simple would make that big of a difference. From one home chef to another! 😉

The property was just like the pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in and had a great overall experience! Only a few minutes from Boyne Mountain where we went skiing. Would definitely recommend staying there.

What I loved most about this property is its situation right on the water with views of the lake everywhere you look. It’s an end unit so there’s privacy and tons of natural light from the additional windows. The space itself is so cozy and comfortable. Perfect after a day of skiing Boyne Mountain, which is less than a ten minute drive away. I wish we could’ve stayed here longer!

Great location
This condo is a corner unit so the view of Lake Charlevoix can be seen from any window in the kitchen/living area. The first day we stayed it was very windy and the lake sounded like the ocean. i fell asleep on the couch to the sound of it! The next day the lake was as smooth as glass...we walked to the Farmer’s Market, downtown area, and breweries which are right across the street. This condo has everything you need- bed was comfortable too. I hope to be back soon!
