An okay get-away.
The staff was nice. The room was quiet. The breakfast was just basic, no eggs or meat. Just waffles, cereal and biscuits and gravy.

It was a decent place to stay for one night. Stay on upper floor if you can, sounded like the people above us were running laps in their room. The breakfast left something to be desired. But for the cost it was ok. The man at the counter was nice. It was clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Bring your own pillows. The ones there were very small and flat. But like i said, for the price i thought it was a good value.

Not worth it.
No early check in was allowed at all. Business was fully locked up and when we called the hotel they said “the room was being cleaned.” Strong odor of cleaning products made 2 of us very ill. Odor did not go away all night. I think they mask the run down hotel with the smell of the cleaning products. Only enough towels for one person. Only 2 small pillows on each bed. Will not stay here again.

Property is what you expect for the money. Location was great. Water pressure could have been better. But again you get what you pay for. If you want clean and affordable this is the place to stay.

I recently stayed at Crestview Inn, and while my check-in experience was smooth and the staff member assisting me (Noah) was polite and professional, I encountered a significant issue that I feel needs to be addressed. When I noticed that the smoke detector in my room had an open battery compartment and no batteries inside, I called the front desk for assistance. A different staff member arrived to inspect the issue, but instead of addressing the situation, he accused my sister of smoking in the room. This accusation was completely unfounded, as my sister had been standing outside the room and did not smoke at any point. His response was not only unwarranted but also callous and rude, as he made several comments to both myself and my niece about smoking in the room. We explained that we do not smoke and that the smoke detector had no batteries when we arrived, but the staff member continued to argue and question us. After installing the batteries and testing the smoke detector, which did not beep, he finally left without offering an apology or acknowledging the misunderstanding. He did, however, reiterate his stance on no smoking in the room before walking out. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled. The staff member's behavior was unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of the hotel. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Crestview Inn, and I will be advising my family and friends to consider other accommodations.

What I like about this property is how close it is to Silver Dollar City. Where improvement could happen for this property. Provide hair dryers in the rooms(currently you have to go to the front desk to borrow one and are asked to bring it back when finished), working coffee pots in the room, for the complimentary breakfast, how about have coffee made and keep it made while breakfast hours, provide products that people will eat. Fruit would be nice or some boiled eggs and maybe some yogurt. This is a place to sleep only! And bring your own pillow! Rarely do I leave a review but I had to on this. The place looks decent on the website pics, but the place needs an update. I won’t be back.

The breakfast was not good. Limited selection, limited quantity of food and the owner stared at us the entire time we were eating. The owner/ manager was extremely unfriendly and rude at times. The room was nice and was recently remodeled. Shower in the bathroom made a terrible sound while showering. Room 222. Every sound from floor above you could hear. Not a restful night sleep due to people above our room. Close to Silver Dollar City was a plus.
