We were travelling with a small dog so, the front desk put us in one of their “pet friendly” rooms. The carpet was stained and the furnishing were in poor condition. The room was gloomy and had a musty smell. We’ll think twice about booking this hotel ever again.

Spacious room. Toilet flush mechanism not working properly. Had to physically return handle to vertical position for toilet tank to fill. Complained to person on duty and asked for another room. She said they were full and if we didn't like it we could go elsewhere. The room air conditioner was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Not a pleasant stay.

I’ve gone to other la Quintas but this was by far the nicest. Wonderful helpful staff.

The side entrance is poorly lit although it has several steps and a curb. It is also where all the dog owners enter and exit. My husband misses a step that was not illuminated and fell. He’s lucky with just a cut. But someone else might not be as lucky. Our room is good, but again the lighting is poor, especially in the bathroom. The 2 USB ports in the work table are both broken.

Grace, the front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help with next reservation to evacuate from hurricane Milton.
