Get away from the business of your life in a newly furnished rustic log cabin. This cabin is surrounded by 2 acres of pinons for privacy yet has mountain views. Relax in comfort inside, or outside on the front and back covered patios. With wireless internet, this is a perfect place for a work vacation. It is located in the center of "God's Playground" with hiking, fishing, rafting, ATVing, bird watching, rock climbing, hunting, skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking available close by. Only 10 minute drive from downtown Buena Vista....close but remote!

A new fav!
Great cabin. In a little neighborhood but felt very private - couldnt see or hear any of the neighbors. Gorgeous setting w views of the mtns in all directions. On a very unique and beautiful road - in 1 direction you're driving on an elevated road above the river, and in other direction is a series of short tunnels. Trails nearby. Hope to come back!

Beautiful cabin getaway
This property was in a beautiful location and perfect for a relaxing vacation! It was clean and spacious and provided everything necessary to unwind with friends and family. We did not need this perk but it is pet friendly which is a huge bonus! The property owner was responsive and friendly and we will certainly want to stay here again!

Cozy cabin getaway
The cabin was amazing. Porch with a view on three sides, with wildlife right in the yard. It was so comfortable and clean. All we needed to do was relax. It was remote enough but still near shops and restaurants. Lisa was great, active communication and quick response time. Will definitely be staying again. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic Property
This was an amazing cabin! It was beautiful extremely clean and the property manager couldn't have been nicer. We think this was the nicest Vrbo property we have stayer at. Its quiet peaceful and refreshing place to stay. Very quaint and pretty. We would recommend this property to anyone and plan on coming back again.

A wonderful, secluded log cabin stay!
We wanted to have a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Denver. My partner specifically wanted a log cabin that didn’t have close neighbors and that our dogs can explore around. This rental definitely fits the bill! It was amazing how quiet it was at all times, yet it was only a 10 minute drive from the downtown area. I would not call this a full two bedroom rental- more like one bedroom with a loft that has an extra living area and a bed. This wasn’t a problem for us since it was just the two of us. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful. It was nice to know that if we ever had any issues that she would be nearby to help. We will definitely be back again!

Great Log Cabin with perfect location!
We loved the log cabin, as it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Close to town, but far enough away to have that feeling of “a cabin in the mountains”. Our host was very helpful when a vehicle issue came up. She also had ice in the freezer for us. Every amenity was available for our needs. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect cabin for our vacation
This property was just what we wanted for our week in BV! It was close to town, but felt very secluded. The layout of the cabin was great for the 4 of us and our dog. We enjoyed hiking trails, rafting, and took a day trip to Great Sand Dunes NP. Lisa was absolutely the best property manager I have dealt with using VRBO! We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Cabin
The cabin is located in a perfect spot--beautiful views AND quiet/secluded. Even though it is located just 10 minutes from Buena Vista, we stayed in for meals not to miss the sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. All the amenities were very nice and the beds extra comfy!! Lisa was super with communication! We will definitely return next summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!!
