Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel à Cancun ! 🌴☀️ Ce qu’on a adoré : • L’emplacement idéal, à seulement quelques minutes de l’aéroport. • L’hôtel est magnifique et offre une vraie ambiance de luxe. • Un grand choix de restaurants avec beaucoup de variété, on ne s’ennuie jamais côté gastronomie. • Les activités aquatiques sont nombreuses et amusantes, parfaites pour petits et grands. • L’ambiance familiale rend le séjour très agréable. • Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, toujours souriant et prêt à aider, ce qui fait toute la différence. 5⭐️ Petit bémol : • L’hôtel est immense, donc on doit souvent prendre les voiturettes de golf pour se déplacer (elles passent heureusement très régulièrement). • Notre ascenseur était en panne quelques jours, ce qui n’était pas très pratique avec une poussette. Malgré ces petits détails, nous avons eu un séjour formidable et nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs. Je recommande sans hésiter pour des vacances en famille à Cancun !

The rooms were a bit dated. When we checked in, the elevators didn’t work and none of the amenities we had requested in advance were in the room, so we had to switch buildings. They were able to upgrade us due to Expedia. The restaurants and food was good, but a few of us ended up catching the stomach bug afterwards. Don’t think we’ll be coming back here.

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, very well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the food is excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff is attentive and professional. excelente Hotel quede satisfecho pero hay algo muy importante que mencionar, en mi estancia habían demasiadas personas en el hotel al mismo tiempo lo cual no es para nada agradable por momentos se sentia la saturación masiva pero lo mas doloroso es que almorzar o cenar se convierte realmente en una misión desafiante , nosotros apelamos a desayunar y cenar todo con previa reservación a traves de la app del hotel quw funciona bastante bien porque y almorzar era muy dificil hacer 3 comidas en el dia , por suerte tienen variedad de opciones para ir sobreviviendo pero no exagero si asi te vas a sentir , otra cosa importante es el gran tamaño del hotel y el tiempo que se pierde moviéndote de un lugar a otro usando su servicio de transporte en carrito de golf pero con tantas personas es un desafío, ahora si realmente no te importa la comida y solo quieres estar tranquilo en un lugar o piscina tomando tragos va a ser genial para ti porque bares y piscinas hay para escoger de todo tipo y variedad, por ultimo si hay algo con lo cual me quedo y sin exagerar digo que marcan la diferencia es en el trato y la delicadeza de sus empleados es sin duda alguna el punto mas destacado del hotel , maravilloso es poco para describir el trabajo y la amabilidad de esas queridas personas , en conclusión el hotel no es perfecto, sus instalaciones son excelentes, personal excelente, comida obviando buffet que no es bueno muy bien , lastimosamente para el precio que tiene debe mejorar aun muchas cosas
