Sinä löysit sen! Vuonna 2019 vastikään rakennettu Happy Owl Lakehouse on suunniteltu rakkaudella tarjoamaan vieraille unohtumaton kokemus kauneudesta, mukavuudesta ja ilosta. Rentoudu modernissa rauhallisessa tyylissä tässä hiljattain rakennetussa keidasan Canyon-järven rannalla, joka sijaitsee San Antonion ja Austinin välissä rehevässä Texas Hill Countryssa. Haluatpa sitten rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta, hauskanpitoa ystävien ja perheen kanssa, "Lake Life" -makua tai seikkailunhaluisia päiväretkiä, joissa on veneilyä, letkuja, luolamatkustamista, safarimatkoja, vetoketju, Schlitterbahn , Six Flags, vanhentamalla, tanssimalla elävää musiikkia tai paljon muuta, Happy Owl tarjoaa erinomaisen keskitetyn tukikohdan.

Happy Owl Lakehouse, jossa on korkeat katot ja valtavat ikkunat, sijaitsee Canyon-järven etelärannalla, ja sieltä on kauniit auringonlaskunäkymät tilavista rantakerroista ja parvekkeilta, joissa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, lepotuoleja ja pöytiä ulkona. Nauti suorasta ja yksityisestä pääsystä järvelle, propaani-BBQ-grilli, kylpytynnyri 6 hengelle, ulkosuihku, sisä- ja ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu äänentoistojärjestelmä, joka yhdistetään laitteeseen Bluetoothin kautta, kolme suurta taulutelevisiota "älykkäillä" televisioilla, joissa on 100 kaapelikanavaa , WiFi-internet ja aivan uusia laitteita kaikkialla, mukaan lukien täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, jääpalakone ja modernin keittiön mukavuudet.

Kahdessa alakerran makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, pimennysverhot ja oma kylpyhuone, toisessa suihkukaappi ja toisessa kylpyamme. Erillinen puoli-kylpy mahtuu myös vieraita ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Toisessa kerroksessa on suuri makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, parvi-alue, joka sisältää päivä- ja vyöryvuoteet (kaksi kaksoset), "lasten vyöhyke" leluilla, peleillä ja palapeleillä, toinen täysi kylpyhuone suurella kävelymatkalla - suihkussa ja parveke, joka kulkee talon koko leveydellä, näkymä alakerrokselle ja järvelle. Iloinen pöllö on valmis tekemään poikkeuksellisia muistojasi ympäri vuoden!

Fantastic spot
We had a lovely time staying at the property. It’s a beautiful home and a great place to spend a weekend with friends and family. We enjoyed the lake activities and also having a fun time grilling and watching sunsets. Highly recommend it!

30th birthday weekend
The house was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a 30th birthday! Plenty of room for everyone and great patio. We were able to enjoy being outside and not feel crowded anywhere in the house. Definitely recommend staying here!

Spectacular View
I’ve stayed at many different rentals. This one by far was one of the nicest. It was beautifully decorated and accommodated our family of eleven very well. The view of the lake was spectacular. The amenities provided by the owner we’re better than expected. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Happy Owl Lakehouse.

Weekend Stay
The property was as advertised. The pictures don't do the view justice. The pictures make the view look good but it's even better in person. We had eleven people in the house comfortably and used the kayak, floats and floating mat to hang out at the lake. The location is convenient to hiking the guadalupe river trail and going to concerts at the Whitewater Ampitheatre. We will likely be back in the future.

This property is unreal, From the Lake view to the incredible home decor!
I have never in my life walked in a house and thought I wouldn’t change a thing about this, that was my thought when I walked in this one! I LOVED the decor down to every little detail. And the house has SO much bright natural sunlight it’s Beatiful. And can’t say enough about the Beatiful view of the lake and sky! Also the kitchen had so much stuff available from every cooking pot you would ever need to ziplock bags and spices, it was super helpful!

The home was beautiful and perfectly positioned on the lake for easy access. Our only complaint would be that the cleaning lady was not finished in time for us to arrive at 4pm. Everything else was wonderful. Once suggestion would be to have locks on the bedroom doors, not just the bathroom doors.

Wow! A group of 10 friends and family enjoyed a long weekend at this gem of a property. The house was immaculate and offered everything we needed to take advantage of all that the property offered. It was tastefully appointed with decor and furnishings that perfectly complemented the spacious layout. Great communication with property manager and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Best VRBO experience to date!
This home is more beautiful in person than what you see in the photos! The attention to detail from the plush grass in the front yard, to the opening gate to the jacuzzi that leads straight to the bedroom, we enjoyed every bit of it! It made for a memorable experience and surpassed every expectation we had to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. We just absolutely love this home and all it had to offer! We hope to be back soon!

Phenomenal Experience
Great house and location on the lake. Well stocked and equipped for renters. My wife and I went with our 3 children (ages 14, 2, & infant) for an extended weekend trip. We had a great time. Views are amazing. The outdoor areas are what made this place. Lots of outdoor relaxing areas with picture perfect views. Saw lots of wildlife. Driving through the neighborhood before we arrived to the house we were thinking to ourselves what did we do; but when we arrived at the house we felt instant relieved from those doubts. The surrounding area is mostly older houses and camp-like sites. But, that doesn't take away from the property at all. I'd recommend a baby gate if you have small children for the interior staircase. We couldn't find at local stores so we managed without. Only recommendation I'd make.

Great property right on the lake, will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Exactly as advertised! Looked like new stepping stones had been added to the path down to the lake which make it much easier to get down to the shore. The teens enjoyed doing a little kayaking in the cove. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Great porches with view.
Had many positives: Well appointed kitchen and baths (even a great cruise ship type soap/conditioner/body wash in master shower) , super view, great porches (with comfortable astro-turf runner), convenient hot-tub and grill, safety fencing around front and back, good wi-fi, great TVs, and good lighting. There are also some negatives: Needs a few more comfortable(padded) chairs (few less benches); the fancy microwave was underpowered; needs more towel racks in baths (and better located); bed pillows were not very comfortable. Also, if you have small children, consider bringing safety gates for the stairs, which are very high and steep and wooden. All in all, a very nice, albeit pricey, place to stay.
