A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This sea cabin can sleep five people with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed (new as of 2023) in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, beach access, a pool (not heated) and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license. We provide 4 beach chairs.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide we provide fresh linens, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also leave a good supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If you run out of any supplies, you will need to get more from the store.

Great location, small but comfortable

Smaller than we expected but well appointed with everything we needed. Older unit but has been redecorated with cute coastal decor. Owner provided wine and chocolates as a welcome! Could see and hear ocean from balcony and walk to restaurants. Son enjoyed fishing from pier.

When needing an escape...

Have been coming to Sea Cabins for 20+ years, first trip was pre-completion of the Connector. Love the property upkeep and decoration within each unit. Can't beat the location - re both ocean and local dining/shopping spots as well as easy access to Charleston. Planning on returning in the future...

Love the location and the updated beach look of the condo. Sad that tropical storm cut our vacay short by 2 days but happy to have left safely. Condo is comfy and provides many extra kitchen things. Only complaint was no washcloths but plenty of towels.

The sea cabin was more than adequate for our visit. It was just as advertised and was within walking distance of the beach, swimming pool, and several restaurants and shops. It was also very quiet - we anticipated that it might get noisy from people in other units or outside but that didn't happen. We were comfortable and satisfied with the unit. It's great especially if you're looking for a place close to the beach.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at The Shipyard. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and well stocked. It was great to come back after a long day at the fields and be right on the beach! We would stay here again.

Fantastic little place steps from the beach!

Fantastic host and cozy apartment for our long weekend. Between the wine and snacks at checkin, to the balcony with ocean views, to the fun bunks for the kiddos, our stay was excellent. The place is on the small size, so if you’re have even 4 people it may feel cramped. But you are at the ocean, so you should be outside ;) Overall fantastic stay.
