The property was very nice. The barking dogs staying within were not. Hotels charging $250 a night should not allow dogs. They billed themselves as a dog friendly hotel so I was forewarned. Next time. Not staying here.

It wasn’t what we expected from the photos and the room was not so great. The a/c would keep getting warm thru the night even after leaving it on 69-70 all day. Had to ask for more towels after leaving for the day and house keeping cleaned and only left one towel. For a Hyatt hotel it felt like a lower cost hotel.

It was "fine"
I stayed with the family. It was an "ok" experience. The place was very clean, modern, and the service was friendly. The details that would have made our stay excellent or outstanding, however, weren't there. The breakfast was lackluster with what seemed to be powdered eggs, undercooked grits, and the, unsurprisingly, mediocre coffee. Our keys stopped working after the first day due to some error on check-in. The room's air conditioning worked intermittently. No housekeeping even though we were told we would receive it. The two treadmills in the small fitness room were inoperable. Overall, it was an acceptable experience but could have been better with some more attention to detail.
