Welcome to Riverview Rendezvous! A newly built 1 bedroom and 1 bath cozy cabin. Nice views from the living room and porch.

Master bedroom has a pocket door. King size bed with all linens supplied. Comfy pillows. Large screen smart tv and blue ray DVD. Sliding glass doors to the front porch.

Living room has a comfy futon that can fold down for sleeping. Extra thick mattress. Large screen smart tv and blue ray DVD. (bring your Netflix passwords!) Queen size murphy bed with all linens. Sliding glass doors to the porch. Electric fireplace (remote controlled) does provide heat but should not be used as your only heat source. For ambiance mostly.

This house does have wifi and the password is located in the cabin.

Full bathroom shower/tub combination. Towels and washcloths provided. Hairdryer under sink.

Pack and Play childs crib available ON REQUEST.

Fully equipped kitchen. Full size stove, microwave and fridge with icemaker. All utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, Keurig and drip combo coffee maker. (2 K cups provided) toaster and iced tea maker supplied. Dining bar with barstools.

Full size washer and dryer. (starter laundry items supplied)

Outside patio table offers a great view! Propane gas grill.
4 additional chairs around the burning pit. On clear nights this is the perfect spot to see hundreds of stars. firewood is not provided, please purchase locally at any nearby gas station. Marshmallow sticks provided.

Cabin themed decor throughout. Lots of unique touches to really make you feel welcome.

This is a private area with no immediate neighbors. Come here to get away from it all.

This property will be decorated for Christmas in mid to late November.

We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.
$250.00 Security deposit to be held on customers credit card 3 days before check in.

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.

Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal.

*****This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the River View makes up for this.

*****This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. DOGS ONLY

Beautiful views from hot tub
Breathtaking views from the house and hot tub. There is noticeable road noise as mentioned in listing, probably amplified due to part of I-40 being re-routed, but it didn't damper our stay. Thoughtful accomodations such as common pyrex dish sizes to bake with, muffin pan, towels for hot tub. Made it feel like a home away from home. Host was communicative and felt easy to reach if we needed to.

Fall Weekend trip
The property was just as described everything was ready for us upon our arrival. We had requested to check in a bit early and the hosts Chuck and Sandy were very accommodating with our request. Unfortunately due to the storm Helene we did not arrive until late. We were comfortable at the cabin it has everything anyone would need. Everything was clean and if it hadn’t been for the devastating storm that impacted so much of the area I’m confident we would have enjoyed our stay. Because the local area was so impacted i.e. cell service, internet and numerous closings we decided it best to return home. We cant wait to book our next trip. Do not hesitate to reserve any of the host’s properties they always do their best to ensure you have everything you need or want.

Wonderful place to get away
I loved the location and set up. Everything was as described and in great condition. I enjoyed the fire pit set and there was plenty of chairs and room. There are 2 grills, one gas and one charcoal so you have options. The deck was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable as well as the large recliner. The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare meals. It is in a great location. Minutes from Cherokee and about an hour to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. I would recommend staying here and will stay again when we come back.

We loved it here. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We did not have any trouble at all with the driveway. Riverside Rendezvous
LOVED this little cabin in the woods that was perfectly located near all the best attractions the Whittier/sylva area has to offer! Quick 5-7minute drive to the Sequoyah National golf course, 10-15 minutes to the Cherokee Harrahs Casino and much more! This cabin was clean, cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed! Check in was a breeze with keypad entry. The bed and really any of the furniture was very comfortable! Beautiful view of the river and an open airy feel with the giant sliding glass doors (views without the bugs, woohoo!). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Fantastic, cozy getaway
This house is perfect for a weekend of getting away from it all. Hiking, the casino, tubing, you name it, it's all a short car ride away from this wonderful house. With a scenic view from an elegant deck, a fantastic king size bed, and groovy living room, this house is comfortable and comforting to come home to after a day out exploring. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing views!
This was the perfect getaway! We had lots of fun at the casino, shopping, exploring the city. When we were exploring we hung out at the cabin and just relaxed the view was perfect! Not too far from town but secluded for a quiet getaway. Thanks for sharing this cute cabin with us!
