The problem I had with this hotel is walking into our room it smelled like dirty mop water/urine. That put a bad taste in our mouths it is an easy problem to be fixed but seems like nothing smelled fresh and clean. Even the next morning my husband used the bathroom by the pool and said it also smelled that way I work in a hospital I know when they don’t change the water to clean rooms, it tends to smell this way which is gross! Just want to feel clean when paying $160 a night!

I had two rooms. My associate, in the other room, had to make three trips to the desk, from the third floor, to gain entry to the room. Their key card was not working. Their AC unit was loud. Their door did not properly shut. In my room the toilet ran all night. Both rooms had tubs that were very slippery.

The staff member for the breakfast was outstanding. Room was in need of TLC in bathroom, room had odor, and towels were stiff and stained. Very disappointed compared to many other hotels.

Needs repairs, decent breakfast

We stopped here on our way up to Michigan. The staff were very friendly but the property was definitely in need of repair. The elevator had duct tape keeping the tiles in places. The smell of the room and hallway was a mix between weed and mold and the bed was really uncomfortable. The bathroom door had to be pushed hard to close as it wasn’t hung properly and dragging the floor. The door to the stairwell was missing a door handle. The continental breakfast was overall pretty good with hot and cold choices We won’t be staying here again though on future trips

Excellent and friendly service

We recieved frienldy and excellent service Jessica at the breakfast bar was a delight. She was helpful and courteous. The register attendants were friendly and made chccking in and out a breeze.
