Definition of Horrible
Horrible is the only word to describe this. Pull out mattress had a blood stain on it, sheets had stains and pillows as well and even hand towels. Floor was dirty and we asked for it to be cleaned, never was. We only stayed there for a total about two hours before we left and went somewhere else completely. Waste of money, not sure how this place is rated so high. I even went to the bathroom they had in the lobby and that wasn’t even worse condition in the room everything was falling off everything was dusty old and looked moldy. Definitely never coming back here. I tried to get a refund and it was told I had to email in contact the owner or the GM of the location and into this day I’ve never heard back after reaching out multiple times.

We had to go back down to front desk 3 times cuz our room keys wouldn't work. Changed rooms & room keys still wouldn't work. Front desk clerk let us in our room & then said it was fixed & next morning our keys still wouldn't work to open door.

Clean room and hotel overall. Housekeeping came by which I wasn't expecting. Most hotels I've been don't have housekeeping come every day. Decent breakfast. The lady manning the food was nice and very sweet to my kids.

Unfortunately, immediately upon entering the room, we found a live bed bug. They offered a second room where we found signs of bed bugs, so they offered a third room. It was questionable, so I just couldn't chance it. The staff was very nice and really tried to help us, but we just couldn't stay there.
