My room smelled like cigarette smoke, which is not the fault of the hotel since all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, however they should have done something to at least minimize the smell. The hotel was booked so I was unable to change rooms. Other than that, great place, good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable. Located conveniently next to McDonald and 24-hour Subway as well as fuel station. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean. Even the corners of the floor in the bathroom were clean. The ladies doing the cleaning know what they are doing. The staff are friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed here and went to the Rocky Gap casino which is only about a 5 minute drive. Friendly staff and hotel was clean! We would definitely stay here again. Right beside a truck stop with a McDonald’s and Subway. Easy access to interstate.

Super clean, wonderful room and great breakfast. Front desk staff at times did not exist, saw people waiting for 10 minutes or so to be helped. THE VENDING MACHINES DID NOT WORK, YOU HAD TO GO NEXT DOOR TO A GAS STATION? THERE WAS NO WATER AVAILABLE?

Great hotel, we love staying here when we visit Western MD. The rooms are so clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the hot breakfast with 24hr coffee & hot Chocolate never disappoints. This year they even offered complimentary cookies at check in.

Our room needed some updating! Missing carpet in a large area. The room didn’t smell clean. The tractor trailers outside our room were very loud all night. Staff was very friendly and the dining/drink area was very clean.

We arrived at 3:00 and weren't checked until 6:00 due to short staffing. We've stay there many times and this is the first time this has happened. There were several people waiting to get checked in.
