Kaunis uusittu 1 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyhuone Condo suoraan ei ajaa uusi smyrna ranta merinäköalalla pois olohuoneesta ja laajennettu parveke. Varustettu kuningatar, vedä vuodesohva (vaahtopatjalla) vieraiden mukavuuden vuoksi. Avoin pohjaratkaisu, täysikokoinen keittiö ja upouudet laitteet tekevät siitä täydellisen viihdyttäväksi ja valmistamaan aterioita. Tilava 1 sänky 1 kylpyhuone 2. kerroksen huoneisto, josta on upeat merinäkymät. Pesula astuu vain oven edessä. Hissi on hyvin lähellä niille, jotka haluavat käyttää. Upouusi king-size-vuode mukavalla geelivaahtomuovilla. Kauniit näkymät merelle, rannalle ja uima-altaalle. Keurig-kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin päällä, kaksipuolinen jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Quick stay in New Smyrna Beach
Very nice property, good location easy to get to… and to get to places we wanted to see . The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates etc. The coffee drinker in our group appreciated the provided coffee pods. The weather was a bit cool and windy so we didn’t get to use pool or beach but they looked great. We would love to come back when it’s beach weather. We came for the Daytona 500 so we weren’t planning a beach vacation on this trip

Wonderful
Beautiful, updated and very roomy. I especially liked that there were two separate vanities even though it was a one bath. We each had plenty of space that way. Stacey had everything we needed, and then some. The view of the courtyard and the ocean from the unit were beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

New Year's Getaway
The condo unit is wonderful as is the location. It was clean and well stocked, close to things to do. There was only one negative. PLEASE NOTE: We were there for a week, New Year's 2025, and the condo complex had no steps to the beach. We booked the place 21 days prior to arrival and the host didn't tell us there were no steps, until the day before check in. We were told they had been washed away in the recent storm and she had hoped they would be replaced by the time of our visit. I feel like this should have been disclosed at the time of booking since it was only 21 days from our check in date. We made a last minute decision to take our bikes, but we found it too difficult to carry all our beach gear on the bikes, so we opted to drive and and pay the money to park. This also provided us with a restroom close by. Yes, the beach access is only a few complexes down, but too far for us to carry everything. The fact that the steps were washed away is certainly beyond the host's control, and I truly feel for beach towns hit by hurricanes. My irritation is that this was not disclosed to us in a timely manner. I know the importance of getting tourist dollars back to help rebuild the area. We ate out, shopped, and tried to give back to an area that has meant a lot of us over the years. We made the best of our trip and had fun, but unfortunately not having easy access to the beach did impede our enjoyment of the beach.

It’s the third time staying here so obviously we love it here. The place is on the beach, has everything one needs to feel at home. It’s affordable, on the beach, and very clean. Even though we didn’t need to contact the host, she has usually responded to questions in a timely manner. Great time was had here! Definitely will book it again.

Modern beautiful condo
This condo is just as advertised. Very up to date decor. Nice ocean view. Very clean. We felt at home here. Comfortable bed. The condo property is beautiful with wonderful well kept landscaping. So relaxing. Great pool. First time to New Smyrna Beach. We will be back.

Home away from home
We have been staying here for several years. It is has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Wonderfully soft bed, the condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach/pool, and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. This place has us spoiled and keeps us coming back!

Perfect Vacation!
NSB is a great place to vacation at the beach. We have been coming for 32 years with our extended family and staying at Castle Reef. This Condo is a great value, getting a view of the beach as well as an updated Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and family area! We enjoyed our week and will be back again next year. Stacey was a great host!

Amazing layout for girl trip
My friend and I stayed in this well-equipped condo by the ocean. We loved that we each had our own area to get ready for the day - a vanity off the bedroom, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with another vanity, shower and commode that opened to the entryway. There were lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, sunscreen, beach towels, laundry detergents and other items not typically found in a VRBO. Plus great kitchen wares. The fold out couch had an amazing pillow topper making for a restful night after lots of boogie boarding, dancing on the beach (and in the clubhouse) and Aqua Zumba in the pool! I would recommend bringing Eucalyptus Oil as there is a biting bug on the island that does not like Eucalyptus.

Property was easy to find, clean, fantastically located next to the beach and a family-friendly pool. Complex was quiet even at the busiest of times. Everyone was friendly. Host was extremely informative with prompt communication. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect Condo Vacation
Everything about this property was great. We have done many of these throughout the last 20 years. I would describe ourselves as middle class travelers at best. This place was above the bar we have set. Condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Stocked with better dishes/cookware etc than most. Also had everthing needed for beach. Chairs, umbrellas etc. The stretch of beach this condo is on is breathtaking. Best stretch of beach we have been on and ee have been on lots of beaches. We flew in from Wisconsin and decided to go car less this trip. Just rented beach bikes. What fun that was! My wife absolutely loved beach biking every morning and night. Only took us 10min on bike to get to Flagler Ave. This was a 25 anniversary vacay for wife and i but Ioved the vacation so much we decided we are bringing kids back here in near future. Awesome place! Highly recommend

Excellent Accommodations
The condo was perfect for our stay. We weren't there much, since we were in town for wedding festivities. The unit is staged well and is very clean. We loved the location and were able to try two eateries right across the street. My husband and I love N Smyrna Beach and hope to come back for another visit. We'd definitely like to try to book this condo again!

Condo was beautiful, had all we needed and more. Lovely beach which went on for ever so great for walks. Easy drive to many great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful relaxing time despite the not so wonderful weather!

This is our second visit to NSB staying for 2+ weeks. But for family events, we would have stayed longer. We are already looking at schedules for our next visit. Stacey is prompt, helpful when needed, and always pleasant. The unit is better than described, well-equipped, well-stocked with essentials, nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and situated in a good location. Thank you Stacey. See you next time.
