The desk woman was very rude to me they didn't have the room i reserved the elevator was down so we couldn't get to a room just horrible had to find another hotel at 9 in the evening

This hotel is a joke! Has a ugly smell in rooms! There also Very Dirty, has roaches, rude staff, and there’s no breakfast! & Elevator didn’t work!

Check in was horrible, took 10 20 minutes because the reception was not at the desk. Room was nice though, hotel does not clean everyday like typical hotels.

Great, clean and safe stay in Ormond Beach FL

Very clean quiet area, close to Cracker Barrel and Dunkin Donuts. It was perfect, guilt and we had absolutely no issues.

This is a great property! Very new and in excellent condition. Is off the main road, yet close to the highway. Only thing I didn't like about this place was its breakfasts. Not many options other than nutrigrain bars and muffins (I was hoping that they would have something else due to how nice it was). Other than that, this was an excellent property to stay at! :)

We were on the first floor and it was noisy. Room doors slam constantly and I could hear the guest upstairs from me stomping around and having sex in the middle of the night. Our room was clean and the bathroom was updated.
