Second stay at this hotel. It’s clean and in a good location. Front desk staff was excellent. Kaitlyn-think this was her name was very helpful. The fact that it’s the second time staying here in a week says it all. Only issue was having to pay for parking-shouldn’t this be a part of room fee?

The only great thing about our stay was the staff. Front desk was always friendly and smiling. We checked in Friday and checked out Monday. Our room was never cleaned. On Saturday we came back to our room and there were 5 new towels on top of the unmade bed. I called and asked if we were supposed to have maid service every day they said yes. I told them we needed more coffee and cups and sugar for the next morning and we were going to be out for dinner if they could come clean. We came back from dinner and nothing was done just cups and coffee on the counter. The next day they didn’t come again no towels no nothing. I didn’t bother calling back. So 3 nights and no maid service. The remote control wasn’t working maintenance told us we had to press really hard to get it to work but still we couldn’t get it figured out. Everyone we encountered was friendly but having to spend almost $700 and no maid service only clean towels once, etc not worth it. Property is a little outdated. Location is right in front of the beach.

I loved the how convenient it was to everything. The front desk staff to the bartenders to the housekeeping were all very nice. The Gym was also nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
