Never stay here

Scary place, run down, a lot of bugs in room 101. Room was nasty, no couch cushion covers, mold in bathroom and not clean. Tv never worked and had to call hotels.com and beg for a refund. I’m a grown man and stayed in some rough spots. This is rough and shouldn’t be allowed to be lived in. Submitted video to DPH as well

No Frills Stay on the Ocean

If you don't mind a lack of amenities, this is definitely a steal of a deal, staying seaside - the place to be. Extremely affordable, clean & a vintage vibe. The staff is kind & courteous. Hearing the waves even w/windows closed is sublime.

Overall fine for no frills, but in need of a bedblanket

There is NO BLANKET on bed (only 2 sheets of 2 different colours) Guest is forced to turn on heat which is very LOUD & not conducive to a peaceful sleep.

Seem to get the crappiest rooms....the pattern!!!!

Room I was given looked like it was still under construction. Outlets near the bed to charge the cellphone weren't working at all...lighting to turn on near the bed would have been great.

Probably my favorite hotel between Jacksonville and Palm Coast including all of St Augustine. Quiet and good parking except weekends. Staff are probably the best I’ve seen at 100 hotels I’ve stayed at in Northeast Florida, only one other hotel comes close. Only problems in 2 weeks was I saw 1 coach roach and a leaking toilet 2 days before I left Florida. If you don’t mind driving to St Augustine or Daytona, you won’t find very many hotels matching this price on the beach even though it’s a little dated it’s still works for me. TV is tricky so it may take an hour to figure it out depending on your tech experience.
