While the beach is mere steps away, you'll also find several restaurants, shops, and more within walking distance. Navigate down the Intercoastal or explore Spruce Creek Preserve to see dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles, and more, just seven miles away. And if you want to venture out a bit farther, go to one of the local golf courses for a round of 18, or visit the famous Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse and Museum just six miles down the coast.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, stove, oven, and microwave to prepare small meals or reheat yesterday's leftovers. Dine at the table or sit out and admire the view on your furnished balcony. This vacation rental also features a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
