We had a wonderful stay, mostly thanks to the Breadsall team who did so much to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal and our rooms were comfortable and the restaurant on site was great.

Unfortunately the hotel, possibly due to age, did not have air conditioning. Instead a small fan was provided which did nothing to alleviate the high temperature in the room. The bed mattresses were also disappointing and clearly were old and lumpy making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The rest of the room, whilst tidy, looked tired and was in need of renovation, especially the bathroom which appeared to have suffered a flood at some point.

Amazing hotel and great service. The spa area and the steam room need servicing and guests should be warned if they have allergies. Would be happy to stay again.
