It's an ok place if your short and under 200 lbs
The condo was so old and dated from the lumpy hard bed to the red couch that was so dirty we couldn't even sit on it. Very small bathroom and low ceilings. Beautiful view from the balcony, that was the only upside of this condo. Would NOT stay here again.

Pros- Beautiful view, fun gift shop with friendly staff, centralized location, easy beach access, quick response to questions by app from owners, *kid friendly Cons- Furniture is a bit worn, patio door drapes were broken-very difficult to open & close, only sheets were provided for pullout sofa - no blankets or pillows, check in is at front desk-not by the code given on the app, housekeeping didn’t knock before entering and informed us we had to leave by 10am so she could clean, *kid friendly It was a good spot for our last minute trip on a holiday week with a truly lovely view and easy beach access.

It was perfect for just my fiance and I.
Front desk was very nice. The view from the room couldn't get any better. Ocean View. Just minutes away from the strip. We walked a lot of places. The beach was extremely clean. The only thing we noticed, was that the door to our room would not shut all the way unless you pulled it shut. Just a heads up!

The air conditioning on the balcony is a horrible design. You can’t hear the ocean because of the loud unit. The unit itself needs updating. The staff was very friendly. The view is beautiful. Just needs a TLC.

The view was wonderful, we were right on the beach. Unit needs updating and a good cleaning. Had to move to a different unit due to a water leak. The units offered for the balance of our stay were not on the beach, so we ended up paying more for the rest of our trip to continue enjoying the beach from our balcony.

The linens were horrible—threadbare and rough! Spend a little money and replace. The hvac unit was on the balcony and was extremely loud when it kicked on!! Why would you do that?

I'm going to be 100% honest with my review. There were several great and even more not so great things about this rental... The view from the balcony and location were amazing! Quick drive to anywhere you'd like to eat. Having the pool and hot tub to access was a great plus. We laid by the pool a few days when the ocean was extra murky. The walk to the beach was short and easy! It was no problem going back and forth to the room if needed. There was quite a bit of room to move around in the condo so that was pleasant. Now for the not so great. I read reviews before renting that started the place was clean, but very out of date. It is very out of date. I dont think the condo has received any TLC since the early 2000s. I can get over the decor, but it wasnt very clean when we arrived. It smelled moldy as soon as we walked in. We had to rewash every dish before we used them and even had to wipe crumbs off the counter. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet. I had to lay a towel down in the bedroom next to the bed because of how grimey the carpet felt without shoes on. The bed is a nightmare. Most rentals are expected to be uncomfortable, but what got me was the pillows were all extremely flat. Cheap walmart pillows that should have been replaced years ago. Bring your own if you dont want to be in pain every day. There were 5 remotes in the house, but only 2 had batteries. Of the 4 chairs on the balcony, 2 were ripped and unusable. The AC unit is on the balcony. If you want to enjoy the sounds of the beach you have to turn the AC up while you sit outside. They also have the AC rigged where it cant go below 68. It sounds reasonable, but the bedroom can get quite hot. They put a box fan in the closet, but if you like it cold at night this is not your place to stay. Overall, I dont think I would want to pay peak season prices for this place. The off season prices are the most I'd want to pay for peak season rental. Vacasa needs to invest some of their profits into this place. I mean, AT LEAST buy some new pillows.
